And the winner is....
…sadly not us (this time!)
11th November 2022
At a glittering black tie dinner last night, Psychology Works attended the Association for Business Psychology Awards 2022, as a finalist in the Health & Wellbeing category for a Wellbeing Audit we did with our client Pepper Advantage.
On this occasion we didn’t win, but a huge congratulations to University of Leicester and their winning submission “Resilient Senior Leaders Programme (RESLEAPS) for UK Police Superintendents and Chief Superintendents”.
Established in 2014, the ABP Awards celebrates and showcases achievements within the world of Business Psychology, with a specific focus on directly demonstrating the commercial and practical value of Business Psychology to organisations.
As a finalist, our work with with Pepper Advantage was recognised for not only the powerful multi-dimensional and rigorous approach we took to the collection and analysis of the data, as part of the Wellbeing Audit, but also the rigour we took in evaluating the impact of the work.
“2022 is our first year submitting our work for an Award and to be shortlisted and make finalist in the prestigious ABP Awards was a huge honour, especially in such a tough category, is extraordinarily special to us. It is a testament to the exceptional skills of the team that worked on the Wellbeing Audit, as well as a wonderful acknowledgement of the power of our Better@Work model.
I’d also say a huge thank you to our client Pepper Advantage, the brilliant HR team, the leaders within the business who embraced the potential of using the Better@Work model, and the wonderful people within the PMO team that we got to work so closely with.”
So, we might not have been successful on the night, but the experience of being part of the Awards has been brilliant. We’ll definitely be back next year…..
